How do you make people want to become a part of STIHL? Superbold developed a cross-media recruiting campaign for this task, positioning the employer brand STIHL in an authentic and contemporary way.

The campaign development was based on the identity and values of the STIHL employer brand, which were worked out in multi-stage workshops and are also reflected as a core message in the concise and memorable campaign slogan: STARK. STIHL. At the centre of the entire presentation is a simple campaign idea, which combines individual career advantages and the core message in unusual key visuals and draws attention to itself. The result is a recruiting campaign that translates the enthusiasm of the employees for STIHL into the applicant.
